How do I get a refund?

The Tronix Network’s refund policy generally does not provide refunds. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your subscription period.

In rare and extenuating circumstances, refunds may be considered. 

To have your refund request considered, please contact the Tronix Network support team and provide your account details and the reason for your refund request. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the process if it meets the criteria.
